Antique Table Zither or Aeolian Harp

Antique table zither or aeolian harp. Looks to be early 19th century. We received this interesting alternative: (It might be) a 'door harp" tuned strings run over the trapezoid section, and little wooden balls are suspended on strings, and it is mounted on a door so when it is opened and closed, the balls bounce against the strings like dulcimer hammers, and it sounds the strings.
